4.Documents: Certificate of origin (CO),Fumigation Certificate, B/L,Phytosanitary Certificate(PC),Packing list,Commercial Invoice if needed.
5.Inspection:We will provide you photos on random boxes checking i.e: Mositure content,gloss,joints,colour,warping degree,size,the integrity of boxes and pallets, loading process.
Q:HOW TO ORDER
1. You can place order through our website or by email, fax, telephone or by visiting our factory .
2. We advise minimum oder 1 container 20 feet.
3. There is no limit for quantity of each Item.
4. We are accepting your Style and any changes on our design that will fit your requirement is also accepted.
Q:WHAT’S YOUR DELIVERY TIME
1. For Solid Wood Flooring, the delivery time is between 2-4 weeks according to different species from receiving L/C or downpayment.
2. For Engineered wood flooring, the delivery time is 4-6 weeks from receiving L/C or down payment.
3 For Laminate wood flooring, the delivery time is 3-4 weeks from receiving L/C or down payment.
4. For sample inspection, the time is 2-4 Day
Q:How about I had never buy product from China?
We will guide you step by step, we can help to calculate all the possible cost for you. Our shipping forwarder will also insist you on your port side.
