100% PP meltblown nonwoven fabric
is a kind of superfine fiber nonwovens material made from food grade PP through the meltblowing process. The fiber diameter can reach 0.5μm~2μm, 10 times thinner than ordinary fibers.
The ultrafine fibers with unique capillary structure increase the fiber number and surface area per unit area and endow meltblown nonwovens with very good filtering performance, making them suitable for use as air filtering materials with medium or high efficiency.
The products are produced from high-quality imported polypropylene through special meltblown processes
in strict accordance with the requirements of the ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality management system.
This kind of materials have features of high isolation, good touch feel, good breath-ability, high-degree filter,no skin allergy,good absorbency.
