Color Coated Aluminum Coil - Wood Grain Finish
Alumstar Imitative Wood/ Marble Grain Roll coated Aluminum coil and plate, which is combined the roller coating technology with digital printing technology. On one side or two sides of aluminum coil, make the pre-treatment of degreasing, cleaning, conversion film, using high quality polyester or PVDF paints, passing many times coating and baking, through a series of AC urate numerical control positioning, overprint the lifelike effect of imitation wood or marble grain finish.
Roller coated Imitative wood / marble grain Aluminum Coil Features:
Ø Noble Nature Color : Imitative wood / marble grain use hig-grade polyester or fluorocarbon (PVDF) piants on the advanced roller coating production line, use high temperature baking roller coating process technology to finalize the design uder the temperature of 224~255°C.which endow the paints and aluminum with excellent adhesion. The wood / marble grain is the paints original color, it is prolonged invariable;
Ø Lifelike Pattern : The wood / marble grain all sample from the real materials. So rich in real wood and marble texture, existing strong material object sense, without dim or false feeling ;
Ø Varied & graceful : Rich & various in color, wide-ranging choice, very rich cultural connotation, fully reflecting “ people-oriented” humanistic idea and concept of decoration ;
Ø Durable : Polyester coating layer thickness is around 20~25μm, PVDF coating layer thickness is 25~30μm, there have one layer of transparent varnish on the surface of wood or marble grain, the coating layer thickness is around 10μm. So it is not easy faded, water resistance, scratch resistance, the weath resistant feature of PVDF coated wood or marble grain Aluminum coil can be over 20 years ;
Ø Full specification: Aluminum thickness from 0.04mm~1.00mm, Aluminum width can reach 1600mm, meet different building decoration panels requirements ;
