Plastic-steel composite board UPVC rolling material is the upgrade product made by the introduced advanced technologies by us fiIt is used widely in lining of roof covering and wall. Strong adhesion with EPS board; fasten firmly with steel structure framework without loosening or deformation; strong shock resistance, large creasing resistant, corrosion, aging, acid & alkali resistant, and sound & heat insulating; the features is better than that of color steel plate, but the cost is lower. It is the upgrade product of color steel plate and the best choice for chemical, medical, and textile workshops, etc.
Application:
Use method:
1. The package of this product is alike that of color steel plate, round roll, with 50cm inside diameter and 100cm outside diameter. Its lift-on is alike that of color steel plate.
2. The product is preformed without pressing in composite board machine; it uses the same adhesive with the color steel plate.
3. During compounding process, the adhesive is spread on the products surface evenly without blank, which stick both sides of the product together firmly.
4. Adjust the brake suitably to avoid pulling product or deforming product.
Color of UPVC rolling material: White, grey, or depends on the clients.
Spec of UPVC rolling material: Thickness (0.2-1.5)mm * Width (20-150)cm * Length (800-1000)m/roll
