1. Why is our price on website not the same as the actual price?

Answer:  One style can be made by different materials, the price is different accordingly, and exchange rate is not stable, floating all the time, so the price is depended by the accurate actual situation, hope customers can understand.

 2. Do you have stocks? Can you accept retail? What is your MOQ?

Answer: For those we have in stock, small quantity are available, and the MOQ should be at least 100pcs. If do not have in stock, then the MOQ should be at least 1000pcs.

 3. What is your policy of sample fee?

 Answer: If we have sample in stock, then sample is free, customer only needs to pay for its shipping fee. If needs to custom made, then sample is chargeable, and the sample fee is according to the exactly product.

 4. Are your products exactly the same as pics?

 Answer: The real product is exactly the same as pic, however, a little color difference is unavoidable because of different display device, hope customers can understand.
