TITANIUM NITRIDE,TITANIUM CARBONNITRIDE-COATING

titanium nitride (TiN):Being resistant to grinding, corrosion, and melting, ease of demolding. Applicable for general cutting tools, automobile driving series, punch dies, plastic molds, casting die etc.

Titanium Carbon-nitride (TiCN): Compared to TiN, it has higher hardness, better abrasive resistance, and more compact structure.

Applicable for cutting tools ( for machining of SUS materials), blanking dies and punching machine molds etc.
