Stainless steel is a common material used in the close die forging process for pipe fittings,the material specification of forged pipe fittings can be SS304,SS316,ect.We mainly manufacture such parts according to our clinet's sample or drawings.The stainless steel forged pipe fittings are mostly used in pipeline industry.
Quality control is also very important for obtaining high quality stainless steel forged pipe fittings.
First of all,we would use choice raw materail,even so the cost is higher.
Then,we will ensure each production process,like mouldmaking,forging,machining,package.
Thirdly,we will first send 1-2pcs for free to our customer for testing.
Finally,after our stainless steel forged pipe fitting sample is approved,we will go ahead for mass production,after finishing,revelant testing reports will be provided to our customer.

The process of forge pipe fittings is that we need to make mould first,then forge round bars to the net shape of pipe fittings.After that,we will do machining with cnc center to meet the size and tolerance marked in the drawings.
