- OD – 0.030″ to 6″. Straight or taper
- Length –For pultrusion normal carbon fiber tube and fiberglass tube is limitless in theory,but considering the convenience of transportation,it is better to cut within 6 meter,while the roll-wrapping tubes can be up to 2.5meter. Other lengths are available for some special carbon tube and fiberglass tubes.
- Wall thickness – 0.02″ and above. Thick wall carbon tubing is available.
- Shape – Circular, oval, square, rectangular, hexagonal
- Exterior finish – Cello wrap, sanded, ground, clear coat, painted
- Carbon exterior material – Unidirectional, 1K,2K,3K plain or twill carbon fiber lamination,etc
- Material – Carbon fiber, fiberglass, aramid, epoxy, thermosets and thermoplastics
Custom Products
Custom products can be made in as little as 1-3 days if tooling is in stock and 1-2 weeks if tooling needs to be purchased. We have hundreds of mandrels and pultrusion moulds in stocks, along with numerous tapered mandrels. Rapid prototyping in straight and tapered tooling is available.
