Sand Mill/Bead Mill (Printing ink) is a Nano Grade wet grinding machine .
Main Features:
- Adopt strengthened frame with reasonable structure, steady operation, easy maintenance. Besides, its appearance is nicer and full of modern sense.
- The main parts and out-sourced parts are internationally renowned brands with high stability and long service life.
- It adopts large end pressurized mechanical seal, so the sealing is reliable and safe, and also service life is long.
- It adopts dynamic separation system, and the dynamic design makes the flow of materials smooth, which enhances grinding efficiency, the clearance can be adjustable to 0.3mm. The user can choose grinding media with diameter 0.5-1.0 mm which creates the conditions of bettering the final fineness.
- The grinding chamber, made of high wear-resistance alloy steel, is treated specially to realize higher wear resistance and longer service life. Depending on actual requirements, grinding chamber lined with polyurethane or zirconia is optional, which not only ensures the wear resistance, but also avoid metal pollution problem. The special triple-bar linkage design makes it easy to clean or replace the barrel.
- The pin type rotors with our own original design, made of high wear-resistant tungsten carbide, are distributed rationally, which increases grinding efficiency greatly.
- The machine is with triple cooling: internal, external, and end face, which ensures the grinding heat exchanged out in time. The water temperature, material temperature, material pressure, water pressure, air pressure and other real-time monitoring and protection system ensure proper operation of the machine.
