Overview of Computer Batching System

• PLD Computer Batching System is automatic material distribution part used before the mixing process.
• It can fulfill automatically 3-6 kinds of material batching process like sand, stone and cement according to concrete ratio designed by user.
• This machine consists of material storage bucket, weighing system, material supplying system, and electric control system, ect. The material feed-in is conducted by belt conveyor.
• The batching machine is widely used in all kinds of large and medium-sized construction project and concrete mixing station.

Characteristics of Computer Batching System

• When this batching machine is matched with double-direction transportation strap, it can provide material for two mixing plants to increase the working efficiency.
• When it is matched with helix transporter and cement, it can be used to weigh the cement in bulk to improve the quality of the cement and save money for customers.
