Q: How much will be the sample charge?
A: It depends on which sample style you require and the quantity you ask for the sample. After having your answers of above questions, we will quote to you sample charge accordingly.
Q:Will the sample charge be refunded?
A: The sample charge will be refunded when order placing and the order quantity is not less than our M.O.Q.
Q. 3: How to control quality?
A:1, all the raw materials by IQC before launch whole process into the process after the screening.
2, process each link in the process of IPQC patrol inspection.
3, after finished by QC full inspection before packing into the next process packaging.
4, OQC before shipment for each slipper to do full inspection.
Q. 4: Are you manufactory or trade company?
A: We are the Manufactor specialized in footwear industry products for many years already, in Jinjiang, Fujian province, China. Our factory have passed IS09001:2014, GMP Factory Audit. And we are AAA grade credit enterprise. Also we had large warehouse and quality control department for purchasing products for clients.
Q. 5: How much the transportation freight of samples?
A:The freight depends on the weight and packing size and destination from here to your location
Q. 6: How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: The samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5days. The samples will be sent via international express such as DHL , UPS , TNT , FEDEX and would be arrived within 3-5 days.
Q. 7: Can we have our Logo or company name to be printed on your products or package?
A: Sure. Your Logo could be printed on your products by Hot Stamping, Printing, Embossing, UV Coating, Silk-screen Printing or Sticker.
Q. 8: How to order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by Email or call us, or we can make you proforma invoice under your request.
We need to know the following information for your order before sending you PI.
1) Product information-Quantity, Specification(Size, Material, Technological if needed and Packing requirements etc.)
2) Delivery time required.
3) Shipping information-Company name, Street address, Phone&Fax number, Destination sea port.
4) Forwarder's contact details if there's any in China.
