The Titanium Derma Roller  uses needles coated with titanium alloy, making it one of the strongest and most durable derma rollers on the market. It is designed primarily for use on the body; the strong needles make it an ideal choice for use on large, fleshy areas such as the stomach, thighs and buttocks. This derma roller is great for treating stretch marks, cellulite and scars. It is less suitable for skin needling on sensitive areas such as the face, as the needles are not as fine as those found on more expensive models. 

0.5mm is the minimum needle length required to induct collagen. The 0.5mm Titanium Derma Roller  can be used up to 3 times a week, and is virtually painless (numbing cream is not needed for this needle length).
