Characteristic
4-high leveler machine
Leveling type is quadruple structure of leveling roller plus multi-group backing roll
Leveling roll material: 42CrMo, GCr15, 9CrSi, 9Cr2Mo selection.
Leveling roll treatment: hardening and tempering stress, quenching (HRC54, HRC60) cold plate, stainless steel, surface hard chrome plating treatment for leveling roller.
Reducer: selection of ZQ standard type, ZY hard tooth face, TR hard tooth face reducer.
Distribution box: self control: class I drive and class II distribution type gear is 20CrMnTi carburized gear.
Universal joint: automobile universal shaft, metallurgical industry universal shaft.
Adjusting mode: manual + electric adjustment
Lubricating mode: based on centralized lubrication with manual or electric pump.
Application of machine: applicable to leveling of universal requirement of carbon steel plate and stainless steel plate.
