Beijing Zhenghaiyuan Technology specialize in production solid carbon fiber rods which are manufactured in a process called pultrusions. Pultruded shapes have very straight contionous fibers cured at high temperature resulting in high fiber to resin ratios and very stiff parts. Our carbon rods contain no fillers - Only continuous fibers...
Most diameters are available up to 98" long.
Dimensional tolerances are +/- 0.005" and weight tolerances +/- 2-5%.
They are extremely stiff, lightweight and have a very low coefficient of expansion. Carbon fiber rods have incredible linear strength due to the orientation of the carbon fibers and are used in a variety of applications.

We have three major production process.
1) FRP hand lay process(HLU)
2) L-RTM vaccum infusion process.
3) Pultrusion Process
