PTC heating core is a new kind heater in the markey. It is fixed by a pair of metal electrodes with leads on both side of PTC elements. Additionally ,by covering insulated film on the metal electrodes,the surface-insulated heating core is finished.The simple-structure heater give our constant-temperature heat and does not need any additional temperature applications.The high insulation heater has many advantage such as security,giving outheat continuousaly and keeping steady power,being wsed in a largr of volltage and so on.

      PTC heating elements have been widely used for hair permanent clamp,hair curler,face sauna,heat perservation plate,electric mosquito killer,physical therapy apparatus,hot melt glue gun and other automatic heat preservation devices.
