3.Construction of Coil Inserting Machine
The coil inserting machine includes mechanical transmission system, frequency control system, PLC integrated control system, touch screen and mold.

1. How does XTY control the quality of the formed coil?
Our coil winding system consists of the parts like foot pedal control valves, pressure gauges and pressure plates. An engineer can control the winding speed, tougue, tension during the winding process. The gauge provides accurate tension readings during the winding process. The pressure plates within the tension system protect the wire insulation from getting damaged. All these features are used to make best quality coils.
2. How do transformer coil winders work?
Transformer winders consists of a microprocesser and and stepper motor to creat high winding speed. A spool of wire is affixed to the spool arm, and the wire is placed along tiny rollers for smooth movement. Winding parameters such as speed, wire pitch, turns and section winding are programed to the machine. Once the machine is swithed on, it begins the winding process.
3. How do XTY Optimize winding quality?
Poor winding quality takes place when there is a lot of munipulation of the coil through pounding and shapping of the coil. It also takes place when the wire has not been properly aligned on the rollers. The XTY winding system eliminates the pounding and shapping so there is less damage to the conductors, the winding machine and the operator.
