Why choose us?
1. Compared with the castings, forge pieces, stamping parts has the characteristics of thin, uniform, light and strong. Stamping can make parts that other methods are difficult to manufacture with reinforcing rib, ups and downsand upsiding down edges in order to improve its stiffness.
2. Because use precision mould, product precision can up to micron level. With high repeat precision , consistent specification, stamping product can be equipped with hole, convex sets, etc.
3. Cold stamping parts generally no longer need machining, or only need machining slightly. Hot stamping precision and surface state is lower than the cold stamping parts. But it's still better than castings and forgings with less cutting processing.
4. Stamping is efficient production methods. Adopting compound die, especially the stamping technology of multi position progressive die, it can be finished in one press machine on multichannel stamping process, realizing the automatic production of material uncoiling,roll flattening, blanking to shaping and finishing.
5. High production efficiency, good working conditions and low production cost, generally it can produce hundreds of pieces per minute.
