Q1. About the sample: How could I get a sample?
A1: Once receive your payment for samples and their express delivery and then send samples to you. The prices of the samples are the same as those on the pricelist. Express delivery charge depends on the quantity of the samples.
Q2: About the warranty: What is the Warranty for the products?
A2: For the cctv camera,we have 3 years warranty, For the DVR, we have 1 year warranty, If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will support you with flexible RMA service.
Q3. About price list: can I get your price list?
A3: Yes, please tell us the products (with their code number) and order quantity, then we will offer the price by e-mail. And our price list will keep updated every month.
Q4. About the shipment: what type of shipment will you use?
A4: For small order,express will be best. And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time. For urgent orders,we suggest via DHL or other express way to send to your door.
Q5. About payment: what terms of payment do you use?
A5: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)in advance, MoneyGram, Western Union or Escrow(alibaba trade assurance) as payment term for small order and L/C for larger order (up to 80,000USD).
Q6. About the MOQ: What is your minimum order qty?
A6: Our minimum order qty is 50pcs each model, but we accept small order as trial order. There's no MOQ demand for sample orders.
Q7.About compensation: what is your company's compensation policy?
A7: We can compensate buyer's loss if our products have quality problem. For small qty problem products, we can replace with new products in next order. For larger qty problem products, we can accept returned problematic products, then we check them and replace them by good quality products.
Q8. About sole-distributor: How can I be your sole-distributor?
A8: We have special policy for sole-distributor. Please contact our sales person to get related files. If you can sell our products worth USD 80,000 ----100,000 per month, you can become our sole distributor in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth USD 200,000 or above per month, you can become our sole distributor in your country.

Q10. About OEM: could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in China?
A10: Of course you can. Welcome to do OEM. We have good OEM service system, including silk-print logo, color box, user manual, etc.
Q11. About Spare Parts: could we get some free spare parts when our order up to some amount ?
yes, for bulk camera orders, we provide extra spare parts for free. (1% for ccd, 2% for ir LED, and other spare parts.)
