2. Melting Process :

(2) ESR: Electric Furnace+LF+VD+Eleroslag Remelted(Optional)
3. Application:
(1) Precision stamping mould
The precision punching of wire cutting processing, stamping mould for various uses.
(2) Plastic deformation tools of difficult-to-machine materials
Cold forging,deep draw and dental twist mould
(3) Others
High-speed punching punch,stainless steel punch.
4. Size :
Round: diameter 13-130mm or customized
Block: 20mm-65mm
Flat: 20-400mm*205-2000mm
Length: according to customer's requirements
5. Delivery condition :
Based on customer's needs, steel plate can be delivered in hot rolled, controlled rolling,normalized, annealing , tempered , normalized and tempered, tempering state etc.
