1. The machine is controlled by servo motor which adopts from Japan. Easy to set length of material, high accuracy, long useful time, no abrasion.
2. Frequency converter&adjusting device adopts Mitsubishi brand (Japan)
printing speed 20-70 prints/minute, energy-saving, pro-environment.
3. By using the precise milligram regulatorJapan,the sensor precision is adjustable.(0.005mm) and it is good for color match and accurate register of printing.
4. By using multi-color automatic sensor positioning, computer control, color standard is checked automatically, automatic switch off while machine in abnormity.
5. Electronic counter can pre-set the quantity of sheets to be printed when total number of sheets is reaches
6. Industrial personal computer adopt from NSK NTN IKO(Japan), to extend the useful time of machine.
7. The photoelectric facility controls the material feed-in and discharge to aviod any scratch on the print surface, so as to improve the printing quality.
8.This machine is equipped dust-elimination equipment to clean the printing material surface and wipe out the dust on the underside.
9.By adopting negative pressure ventilator, the blowing air can be adjusted discretionarily and intermittent blowing air.
10.The machine adopts electrostatic painting and stoving varnish and solvent-resistance on the surface, humanity design and easy operation.
11.It is ideal for printing the bottom screen color in large arae or fine characters and cells in clear and bright colors without any fading
12.This machine can connected to UV drier JM-320 die-cutting machine,slitting machine,rewinder etc.
