What's your main range and product?
Since 1990, we specialize in Natural Products. willow gardening products, willow weaving handicrafts and Christmas gifts,the material is include wild willow, birch bark, grass,wild rattan,cotton,leaf, straw, pinecone,paper straw and so on.
Where you source the raw materials?
Our factory is located in North of China where the natural material is very abundant,so all the wild material we source from the mountains of Heilongjiang Province.
What's your lead-time?
Normally, it takes about 60 days for regular orders and sometimes less than 40 days (small orders under urgent requirement) and sometimes longer than 60 days (very large orders or in special production seasons).In general, the lead time varies according to the volume of the order, the items ordered and the season when the order is placed. However, for hand-made items, repeated orders make everything easier and quicker.
How about the payment terms?
A: T/T It means you should pay 30% deposit of the contract/order amount within 7 days after the signing of the contract and after our receipt, we will start the mass production and after the actual shipment effected, we will send the B/L to you with email or fax. Then, you effect the payment of the balanced 70% of the invoice amount. As soon as our receipt of it, we will send the full set of original shipping documents to you without delay. B: L/C at sight.. C: Plus extra handling charge US$350 from Buyer if the order total amount are less than US$10,000.00 or less than 1 Full Container.
Are the samples are free charge?
Samples & Postage charge : All samples within 1 set each total will be sent by free of charge (Excluding the bigger size and expensive cost material items) and posted by courier " Freight Collect".
