1. What products do you provide?
We are professional manufacturer in metal stamping, fasteners(screw, stud, bolt washer etc), spring, machined parts, moulding and assembly etc.
2. How can I get the samples?
For OEM stamping parts, the customer need pay for the tooling and the customer is the owner of the tooling, we can keep and maintain the tooling for the customer , and will provide free sample .
For other parts such as screw, you don't need pay for the tooling if we have tooling, and we can provide free sample and the customer need pay for the freight.
3. What's the payment terms.
For tooling: 30% deposit and pay the balance 70% after the part is approved.
For parts: 30% deposit and pay the balance 70% when parts are ready to ship.
4. What's the delivery time.
Normally the lead time is around 15~20 days.
5. Can you design for the customer.
We have professional design and engineering team and can help the customer to design.
6. How can you assure the quality.
We set up the quality system per ISO 9001:2008 and run the factory per quallity system strictly. Also the units from mass production are strictly same as the sample which is qualified by the customer.
We actively deal with every complaint from customer once we get.
