A Companhia de Instrumento Médico Yuyue de Jiangsu, Ltda., cujo nome anterior é Companhia de Termómetro Diling de Yancheng, Ltda., situada no litoral bonito do Mar Amarelo – Município de Yancheng da Província de Jiangsu, estabelecida em abril de 1966, é um fabricante de vanguarda, especializado em termómetro clínico. É o membro a Associação da Indústria de Dispositivos Médicos da China, um dos membros que participaram na elaboração e revisão do padrão nacional de termómetro clínico, e um dos quatro fabricantes designados para fabricar termómetros clínicos durante o período de economia planificada. Foi anteriormente conhecido como Fábrica de Instrumento Médico de Yancheng, Fábrica de Termómetro Diling de Yancheng. Em novembro de 2008, para ampliar ainda mais o horizonte de desenvolvimento da empresa, desenvolver mais os mercados domésticos e estrangeiros, a anterior Companhia de Termómetro Diling de Yancheng, Ltda., juntamente com a empresa listada, a Companhia de Aparelhos Médicos Yuyue de Jiangsu, Ltda.(código de ações:002223, Shenzhen), fizeram a recapitalização, estabelecendo a Companhia de Instrumento Médico Yuyue de Jiangsu, Ltda.
