Production process
Casting Workshop
There are currently six casting furnaces,the daily output can reach 208 tons.
Mould Workshop
We can produce the mould which outside diameter from 160mm to 576mm.
Extrusion Workshop
We have 25 sets of extrusion line which are all imported from Taiwan,the detail is as below.

Power Coating Workshop
There are three powder coating lines in our company.praying quality construction strict implementation of the United States Association of Manufacturers AAMA-605.02.90 standard.
Quality control
We have one test center.There are some professional test machines in our laboratory,such as Ntroduced spectrum analyzer from U.K.,Cimatron Section Measuring System from Shaping Articles from Israel,Xenon Weatherometer from U.S.......
