A: (1) Regarding the performance ,we could produce a workpiece for your consult ,which will be produced according to the customer's sample that send to us.
(2)You could inspect machine accuracy by online video
(3)You also could check our factory and machine quality by SGS or other Inspecting Authority.
Q: Can you change the voltage of machine?
A: Sure,we can , We can change the voltage according to different area. 110V-220V-380V-400V-440V
Q: What's the delivery time after payment ?
A: It need about 30 days if the machine is customized .and it just need about 20 days if your machine is universal .
Q: How long is your quality guarantee period?
A:One year, if machine has problem, we will provide accessories in free, in the meantime, we can use DHL or TNT express delivery.
We guarantee that if customers have questions, we will reply within 8 hours, and develop a set of complete solutions according to customers’ problems.
