Factory introduction
1. Factory size:Above 300,000 square meters with 44 press production line, from 600ton-4000ton
2. Production capacity:10,000 Ton per month
3. Alloy available:alloy 6063 / 6061 / 6060 / 6005 are available subject to final design
4. Maximum size available:Outside diameter of 400mm
5. Die/Mould ready day:7 to 10 days after down payment & drawings are confirmed.
Ordering process
Samples—→Drawings confirmed—→Die/Mould Making—→Samples and color confirmed—→Mass production
1. Make the drawings within 5 days
2. Make the Die/Mould and tooling in about 2-3 weeks
3. Confirm the new samples and the color
4. Mass production will be finished in about 2-3 weeks subject to quantity and details.
