JN-GMA(Glycidyl Methacrylate)
v Introduction
JN-GMA (Glycidyl Methacrylate) contains acrylic acid and epoxy group, which can perform both free radical reaction and ionic reaction. It is widely applied in the synthesis and modification of high polymer materials.
1. Used in decorative acrylic and polyester powder coating to improve the compatibility of the thermoplastic resin.
2. Used in thermosetting coatings, fiber processing agent, antistatic agent, chloroethylene stabilizer, rubber and resin modifier, ion exchange resin and adhesive of the printing ink.
3. Used in pressure-sensitive adhesive, anaerobic adhesive, adhesive for non-woven fabrics and other adhesives to improve the adhesive strength and acid fastness.
4. Used in industrial protective finish paint and alkyd resin to improve heat resistance and impact resistance.
5. Used in modification of plastics, such as PVC, PET, rubber and engineering plastics.
6. Used in the synthesis of acrylic emulsion or resin; in the PVC-based coatings and the substitute of hydrogenated LER
7. Other usages: used as binder for teeth; flame resistant materials and water absorbing materials; crosslinking monomer and reactive diluent.
