JN DP-1139 Paper Coating Dispersant

JN DP-1139 Paper Coating Dispersant is a sodium polyacrylic dispersing agent for the exclusive use of coating materials, which boasts strong heat resistance, high intermiscibility, effective dispersibility and low foaming ability, it improves the fluidity and stabilizes the viscosity of the coating material and is applicable to coating color preparation of coating paper and therefore has found wide application in paper and coating industries.

JN DP-1139 Paper Coating Dispersant is usually added at the beginning of coating color preparation process. The suggested ratio of the product as against the bone dry weight of the coating material is 0.2-0.5:100. The ratio is subject to change as per pigment type, coating furnish and coating material. The users are recommended to identify the optimal proportion through experiment.

1 No direct mixture with strong cationic auxiliaries.2 Use the product in a place of excellent ventilation, and store it in a cool, shady place.
