v Function
The water-based paint useswater as a dispersion mediuminstead oftoxic and harmful organic solvents. Traditional paints containlarge quantities of xylene, isoamyl acetate etc., Which are extracted frompetroleum oil. Therefore the benefits of water-based paint with water as its dispersion medium is evident: it is green, environmentally friendly and energy-saving. JN BA-3439Waterborne Plastic Paint Emulsion , through the introduction of advanced technology from abroad, has made important breakthroughs in the application. The continuous research and development of water-based plastic paint emulsion suitable for the development of water-based plastic painting industry has promoted the application and development of water-based technology. When used together withmetallic pigment orenvironmental-friendly color paste, this product serves as substrate or basic material for the manufacture of singlecomponent (heat shrinkable, Air-drying) and two-component(PU) water-basedplastic paint.

v Use
The product is recommended for the production of various kinds of pearlescent pigments, silver powder and colour paints for the surface finishing /coating of ABS plastic. Applicable materials for water-based plastic paint manufactured with our product as the substrate in surface finishing includes: ABS, AS, PS, HIPS, PVC, PA, PC, PP, PV and so on. It’s applied for production of water-based plastic paint in the fields like computers, cars, electric vehicles , vacuum cleaners, mobile phones, televisions, Electric Tool’s, toys and so on.
Strong adhesion to ABS material and so on. It is very hard and firm and dries fast.
