1.We would like to buy from you,how do I know the quality of your products?

-We are most professional in the field of stone cutting. We'd like to inform you the result ,which of the clients using our products. It is neccsary to test the performance of products,we suggest you make a trial order. Otherwise,you will never know the performance of Chinese products.

2. What is the minimum quantity we should buy?

-We don't mind how much quantity you buy for the sample order.

3. As I know many companies supply free samples, do you offer free samples?
- Sorry, we don't offer free samples.As a matter of our experence, the clients cherish the products paid. Just because the quantities of sample is small,its cost is higher than normal production.

4. What is your mode of payment?
-The payment is 100% T/T in advance for Air cargo , the terms is negotiated for Sea cargo.

5. We send you the payment, what should we do if you don't send our order?

-This is impossible to happen! Please inform us or send us the copy of bank slip after you send

us the payment, so that we can make the production and make of shipment earlier.

6. How long you send the shipment after we make the payment ?

-It depends on the quantity of order,as usual,we send the shipment within one week on receipt of payment. It may need more days for special order (like big order or unnormalized specification order). We always inform clients the production time needed before placing an order.

7. What is the delivery way you send our goods?
It depends on clients' requirement. Normally send by air,by sea by courier, It only costs 5 to 10 days by air,it costs around 30 days by sea.

8. How much shall I pay for the shipping cost?
-We calculate the approximate gross weight, check the lowest Air freight rate or Ocean freight rate,add the charge of China customs formalities & documents show the shipping cost in the Proforma Invoice of your order.

9. What we should do if your products can't meet our standard?

-If our segments can not cut, first use brick or concrete to open segments, after this, drop some pieces of segment regularly if the segment is still very hard. Please replace the segments from manufactory if it still can not cut.
