Now there are 4 big SMC machines running in my factroy, press machines include one 2000ton, one 1200ton, two 500ton, one 300ton, the maximal parts for vehicle with the projected area of 2 square meters can be produced. And for different product and market, hand lay-up or vacuum bagging process in our vehicle parts product can also be available, such as some parts of school bus, electric vehicle, autocycle, heavy-ducty truck, light commercial vehicle etc.
We have worked in composites field for more than 15 years and there are more than 10,000 square meter plants can produce more than 40*10*10 meter FRP products. We have gotten the certificate of ISO/TS16949-2002 on the fender and vehicle body cover parts.
