In 1992, the company firstly introduced the advanced technique and equipment from USA to manufacture FRP Grating. The product is a structural plate which uses high-strength E-Glass roving as reinforcing material, thermosetting resin as matrix and then cast and formed on a special metal mold. It provides properties such as: light in weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, fire resistance, solid and anti-skid,. It is widely used in oil industry, power engineering, sewage treatment, ocean survey as working floor, stair tread, trench cover, etc. and is an ideal loading frame on corrosion circumstances. The special transparent grating, fluorescent grating and lozenge cover grating are the ideal decoration material for business buildings.
In 1999, the company introduced large vertical filament winding machine as well as design and production techniques from America; meanwhile, introduced horizontal filament winding machine and production techniques to produce FRP vessels, scrubbers, pipe, etc. Formed by PC controlled filament winding machine, the FRP vessels are constructed with continuous E-Glass roving as reinforcing materials and thermoset polyester as matrix and are. The FRP vessel is light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, easy design and used well in alkali & chlorine, organic silicon, oil, wastewater treatment, food, citric acid, complex fertilizer, plating, metallurgy, paper making industries.
The company now has several vertical and horizontal lines, nearly 100 grating molds as well as the advanced PC universal electrical test machine and over 100 sets of test machines including auto PC control resin curing process test machine. The products have been taking large shares in China market meanwhile have good sales worldwide including America, Europe, Asia and Middle East.
