Certifications:
Total production consumption
* Power: 29 KW/H in total (but it is not every device start at the same time).
* Cooling circuit water: 50 M3/H in total (the water can be recirculated and the more the water flow, the better the cooling down).
* Fuel for heating:
1 ton raw material needs 50- 60KG coal as fuel.
1 ton raw material needs 40 m3 natural gas
1 ton raw material needs 30-40 KG diesel as fuel.
* Space for machine: 450 square meters (L 30m*W 15m*H 10m).
* Worker shift: 4 to 6 workers which can be divided by two groups.
* Floor required: 15 cm cement floor, with bearing capacity 20 tons.
2x40 HQ are needed for JL-1 oil distillation machine
40 working days for delivery after first payment.
* Delivery time- It will be 40 days after we receive the deposit.
* Installation and Training-Our company will send one technician for each set of machine for guiding your installation, testing the machine and training your workers. We will provide free service for one month, after that, you have to pay extra salary for the technician with the price of RMB 400.00 per day (equals USD 64.00 per day). And the round tickets and accommodation shall be taken by customer.
* The Warranty of complete equipments is 1 year, and lifetime technical support.
