I.Description of concrete batching plant machinery
HZS series of Concrete Mixing Plant is developed by our company on the basis of adopting the world's sophisticated technologies, this concrete mixing plant have been widely used in the domestic and overboard, as well as earned a perfect reputations in the construction field, we have dedicated in manufacturing concrete mixing plant for many years.
Main Parts of HZS60 Concrete Mixing Plant:
1. twin shaft concrete Mixer JS1000
2. aggregate batcher PLD1600 with 3 storage bins;
3. cement silo: 100T boltd type (it depends on the customer's choice);
4. screw conveyor: 273mm*8m
5. cement, water, fly ash and additive scales;
6. computer controlled automatic control system.

A. Five 40HQ containers will be needed;
B. A wooden-box with the size of 60cm*60cm*60cm will be used for small items like bolt, nult, screw etc.
