Production process 1.Composing: The workers brush the glue on the veneers and make the plywood layer by layer. At the end of the production line, they cut it according to the demand size. 2.Cold press: Use the machine to press the layers together. 3.Hot press: At this step, the worders use the hot press machine to stick the layers together at the temperater of 150 degreed and 18MPA. At this period it will last about 45 minutes. 4.Cut: Cut the plywood sheets to the required size. 5.Paste: The workers paste the mixture of glue and other adhensives to the boad to fill the small gaps. 6.Sanding: Use the machine to make the plywood flat.
