PDC, composed of plycrystalline diamond layer and carbide substrate, is one kind of superhard composite material which is sintered under the condition of high temperature and pressure.
PDC has excellent abrasion resistance, good impact resistance and thermal stability. It has been widely used in production of oil drill bits, coal and other geological drill bits and cutting tools.
Standard PDC is cylindrical. According to customers' requirements, we may produce special specification products. There are two kinds of combination faces. One is sub-surface and the other is slot interface which help enhance the bond strength of composite films to improve their overall impact resistance
