Shandong Wanfang Steel Co., Ltd was established in 2011, which is located in the beautiful coastal city of Rizhao, Shandong   Province, China. We own strong market and logistics advantages by neighboring Rizhao port, Lianyungang Port and Qingdao port as well as convenient railways and highways are around.

Wanfang steel is a specialized manufacturer and supplier of Pre-painted galvanized steel coil (PPGI), Hot dipped galvanized steel coil, cold rolled steel coil, acid pickled steel coil and tin plate. Our annual capacity of PPGI/GI is nearly 120,000 metric tons.

Wanfang steel is well-equipped with advanced production line and quality performance testing facilities, including one unit of push-pull type shallow slot turbulent acid picking line, three units of high precision single stand reversible cold rolling mill, one unit of continuous hot dip galvanizing line and one unit of pre-painted galvanizing line. The new project of tin plate line is in progress, which contains bell type full hydrogen annealing furnace, 18-high precision cold rolling mill, steel strip cleaning unit, multifunction steel strip skin pass mill, steel strip tension leveler, insoluble anode electrolytic tinning line.

Wanfang Steel focuses on strict quality control and timely delivery. QC members carry out strict inspection at each stage: raw-material inspection, in-process inspection and finished-product inspection.

Usage and Applications

SPTE is a new project in progress of wanfang, which is schedules to put into production in May 2014. Production line is equipped with advanced mills, include  bell type full hydrogen annealing furnace, 18-high precision cold rolling mill, steel strip cleaning unit, multifunction steel strip skin pass mill, steel strip tension leveler, insoluble anode electrolytic tinning line with annual production capacity of 150,000 metric tons. It's downstream extension of wanfang quality steel products chain, which not only optimizes our our industry construture but also enriches products category. SPTE enjoys a promising market and would be a new growth point for wanfang steel. Because of the superiority of more thickness and light weight, it is widely adopted in various industries, mainly for metal package, for examples, canned foods, drinks, chemicals, medicine,paints and so on.

Wanfang Steel is located at the coastal port city-Rizhao,in the territory there are several high-way cross link and within about 1.5 hours' driving, there are 2 big port-Qingdao port and Liyungang port. This is the most convenient advantage for land and sea transportation.

Besides the aboved, a complex steel plant-Rizhao Steel is located to the east of our company, with which we come to agreement of regular material supply. This is a big advantage of material resources that makes our procurement more high efficiency.
