Butterfly valve
The butterfly inlet valve is assembled on the pressure steel pipe in front of the extended section at the inlet of the turbine spiral casing. It is used for the normal shutdown or shutdown of accident, that is, when the accident in the turbine occurs, it is used to cut off the flow, so as to ensure the safety of the unit; when the turbine is stopped, the inlet valve is closed to facilitate the repair of the turbine without effecting the operation of other units; when the turbine is not operated for a long time, it is used to cut off the upstream flow, so as to reduce the leakage from the guide vane of the turbine and to prevent the crawling of the unit.
The complete equipment includes the body of the sphere inlet valve, hydraulic drive system, electric control system, upstream make-up pipe, downstream make-up pipe, expansion joint, bypass valve and its piping, air exhaust piping ,drainage valve, etc.
