Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free spls, freight collect. But for some high value spls, it need spl cost and freight collect. Pls informed that all spls cost can be returned back to you after order placed. You're welcomed to email us for checking.

Tip on maintaining garden water fountain

Tip 2: During the winter, remember to drain fountains of all their water. This will keep the water from freezing and protect it from frozen ice cracking the fountain
