2,Frame: The frame is made of steel construction and their heavy cross section and rigid design assure minimum deflection and accurate alignment cast iron legs will be supplied up to 30 ton press.
3,Crank Shaft: Crank Shaft materials are made of special alloy steel to withstand the effective load sitted in busher with high accuracy.

5,Gears Clutch: The Gears are made of cast steel or fabricated and it teeth are generated by hobbing. The clutch is provided of Pin / Rolling key type also it is rigid and well supported for the mass production clutch can gives continuous stoke.
7, Flywheel: The Flywheel is made of high grade castiron and is balanced for storng and releasing adequate energy for the pressing operations.
8,Electrical control is installed PLC, 8 group cam controller, reliable action (optional accessory).
9,Use the combine of dry friction clutch and brake pneumatic, rigid interlocking, reliablepiece of friction material semi-metallic friction material SMFM-88, less pollution, long life. With the transfer torque, rotational inertia is small, smooth transmission, flexible operation , convenient of installation and maintenance (optional accessory).
10,Lubrication: An accurate Lubrication system has been proved for lubrications the sliding surface and moving parts.
11,Table & Ram: Table and Ram are mad of high grade heavy duty cast iron & properly seasoned. They are perfectly aligned to bach other to obtain high accuracy & precision press operation.
12,Machine is with both hands button and foot switch to achieve continuous, single and inching practices.
