Fried peanuts used desoxidant oxygen scavenger for food grade
The DORENCY desoxidant keeps food fresh and tasty by eliminating oxygen from a package.
DORENCY SX-YZ series desoxidant is an iron powder desoxidante which uses the propensity of iron to absorb oxygen as it oxidizes and becomes rusty. The air we breathe comprises about 21% oxygen which can be a problem in terms of preserving the freshness of food.
The DORENCY desoxidant works inside airtight food containers to reduce the oxygen content to below 0.1%, preventing the negative effects of oxygen, such as oxidization and the propagation of mold and as a result, it preserves freshness and taste.
Max time out of pack before use :up to 2 hours
