Webbing sling data
ALWAYS:
1)Store and handle belt slings correctly.
2)Inspect belt slings and accessories before use and before placing into
storage.
3)Follow safe slinging practices, as given overleaf.
4)Position the sling so that the load is uniformly spread over its width
and protect the sling from sharp edges.
5)Apply the correct mode factor for the slinging arrangement.
NEVER:
1)Attempt to shorten, knot or tie belt slings.
2)Expose belt slings to direct heat or flames.
3)Use belt slings outside the temperature range stated below without
consulting the supplier.
4)Expose belt slings to chemicals without consulting the supplier.
Shock load belt slings.
5)Use belt slings which are cut or which have loose or damaged
stitching.
6)Use a sling with a missing/damaged label or illegible markings
Packing way
each piece be shrink packing with certificate inside/carton/ply-wooden pallet,
or as customer request.

Why did we choose polyester yarn ?
Polyester's lower stretch value makes it ideal for tie down and slings applications. It is strong and lightweightlike nylon webbing, but without the stretch of nylon. Its strength andflat profile makes it useful in some applications in place of traditional rop.
Polyester webbing is resistant to abrasion, UV rays and water absorption so it's great for tie down, cargo strapping, E-track use, winch straps, ratchet straps and tow straps. And by simply adding your own tie down hardware, you can create your own custom strapping.
