Specification
1) Main material: Corrugated cardboard, KT board, Grey Board
2) Designs: We have six years experience in design and made cardboard displays, our engineer research and develop new structure for our clients. We also have perfect graphic designer to deal with your artwork to give the printing in the best effect, if you have not designer we well can help to design the artwork.
3) Printing and Surface treatment: Offset printing, screen printing and ink water printing.
Surface treatment: Gloss/matt lamination, varnish, aqueous coating, UV coating.
4) Size: All the cardboard display here were customized, we have structure engineer and graphic designer, we well can design the size for displays base on your demand, the cardboard displays is just for your products.
5) Packing: 3methods for packing. A.flat packed in the carton, then just ship the displays to you. B. 3D carton package, our factory in Shenzhen, you can send your other products to our factory, then we put the products in the displays and pack the displays with prodcuts in the 3D carton, and then ship all the displays and products to you. C. pack th edisplays as your requirement.
6) Sample time: color sample nedd 3-5 days, color sample need: 2-3 days
7) Sample fee: we will refund the entire sample fee if your order quantity reaches to 500pcs.
8) Deliver time: 12-15 days, if you have urgent need, we can push and try to complete the cargo as soon as possible.
10) Delivery:We have long-term cooperation forwarder to help you arrange the delivery, by sea or by air is ok. Of course, you also can arrange the delivery by yourself, we will help to arrange the loading for fee.
11)Procedure for mass production: 1.give me your idea or a picture or a sketch. 2.your detailed requirements(such as the quantity you want to place on the displays), the information for your products (size, weight, picture). 3.we start to design the size and structure for the displays base on your requirements. 4.send the die-cut line for you place artwork. 5. send me the complete artwork, we make sample for you approve. 5.we will start to make the mass production when you approve the sample. 7.pack and ship the displays to you.
We have professional designers team and prototyping machine so we can mock up sample for your approval before order.
