Introduction
Ball press machine is one kind of machines used to press coal powder, charcoal,iron powder, coke, aluminum powder, sludge, kaolin, activated carbon,cole breeze and other powder and waste material into briquettes. These briquettes can be made with different shapes of goose egg shape,oval shape, pillow shape, square shape and so on. This machine is widely used in refractory, power plants, metallurgy, chemicals, energy, transportation, heating, etc.
Structures
ball press machine consists of three parts: feeding part, transmission part and molding part.
1.Feeding part achieves dosing feeding to ensure access to the material evenly between the rolls.
2.Transmission part, main drive system are: motor -- triangle belts--reducer--open gear--roller.
3.Forming part mainly refers to the host part and its core part is the roller.
Working principles
1.ball press machine transmits the power to two pressure rollers through reducer and makes them rotate in opposite directions.
2.In two pressure rollers rotation, materials naturally enter into the ball molds on pressure roller and materials pressure vary from small to large with the rotation of the pressure roller.
3.When materials are rotated to two rollers line contact points, materials pressure has reached a peak. Powder materials are suppressed into finished ball under enormous pressure .
