The basic structure:

Working principle:
Using high-speed emulsification machine head with slow mixing blade counter-rotating design, under the action of high-speed emulsification head, the center of the raw material will be attracted by emulsification head narrow clearance, at the same time be a powerful circulating flow inside the tank, mixing blade plus center and peripheral slow mixing box positive &negative effects, strong cutting force and impact force and dispersion effect, not only can achieve efficient mixing effect, make raw material sufficient crushing, mixing, emulsification and homogenization. Emulsification machine advantages:
1. 6. Equipment is equipped with multiple safety device, such as vacuum safety device and jacket safty valve, overload protection, etc.
7. The parts contact with material is SUS316 material, sealed vacuum emulsifying stirring of the products is absolutely health and sterile products, the mechanical structure is satisfy and reach to the requirements of GMP (CIP/SIP).
