1.Property & Performance:
Hydraulic discharging/ Extrusion Machine is a supporting machine for Mixer. It is mainly uses on discharge or pack the high viscous materials produced by the mixers. Except the discharge or pack of the standard barrel high viscous materials and the general supporting high viscosity mixer, the Hydraulic Extrusion Machine is especially applicable for the high viscous materials that have no liquidity, such as: Electronic electrode paste, adhesive, moulder gel, silicone sealant, polyurethane sealant, paint, ointment and so on.
2. Operating principle:
The Hydraulic Extrusion Machine’s plate must cooperate with the mixing container. The plate ring contacts with the inner wall of the container tight. Make the Piston pole downward movement under the action of hydraulic cylinder, and push out the materials from the container.
The Hydraulic extrusion machine adopts hydraulic station as a power source. Kinetic energy is big, easy to operate (pressure and speed can be adjusted), whole machine is compact, easy to clean. The plate with different diameter can discharge or pack the bottled rubber. The sealing device of the plate can make the glue completelycutoff the air, not return, not have retention materials.
3. Equipment composition
Hydraulic Extrusion Machine consists of Frame, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic station, pressure plate, sealing ring, clamping device, hydraulic lift system and electrical cabinet etc.
According to the different need of production process and production site, our Hydraulic Extrusion Machines have single pole, double pole, lift and Embrace hoop type etc.
