Product Application
Oil cooler core comprising a plurality of chip components and a plurality of spacers; ends of each chip assembly are provided with a through hole; hole through the upper end of the two has turned hole; a plurality of chip components superimposed on each other and fixed by welding; said plurality of spacer fit in turn correspond to the outer hole and sandwiched between two adjacent chip assembly; wherein the spacer and the adjacent two holes and turn chip assembly fixed by welding; wherein the spacer is a ring, on both sides of the cage are outwardly projecting lugs are formed to guide the cooling fluid into the chip and the chip assembly between components. The oil cooler core welding strength, good cooling effect.
