1. Wire part

Double wire design,bottom wire table length 16m,top wire table length 8m,frame welded by #45 steel plate,covered by stainless steel. With 2 sets closed flow box,made by stainless steel,with double evener rolls.

2. Press part

2 sets of press rolls in large diameter. 

4 pcs Blind press roll 1350mm×4000mm×4600mm,rubber shore hardness 96°C±2, with pneumatic pressure device  

3. Dryer part

36 pcs 1500mm×4000mm×4600mm alloy dryer cylinder with 36pcs of blade. 

4.Sizing part

Inclined type sizing machine,top roll 1000mm×4000mm×4600mm,imitation stone roll. bottom roll 1005mm×4000mm×4600mm,rubber roll. 

5.Sequencing
