HAX Carpets can be made with complicated designs, especially the designs with color graduation. Please look at the attached HAX Carpets which is good enough to replace the Hand-tufted Carpets. It is impossible to make the design in hand-tufted carpets.
As a matter of fact, HAX Carpets quality is better than hand-tufted carpets', because HAX Carpets surface could be more level and even than Hand-tufted carpets' because most percentages of HAX carpets are woven by machine and the pitch and rows have been set during weaving. While you look at the hand-tufted carpets, the background's density of handtufted carpets is always less denser than the motif which it is not easy for the workers to tuft the yarn into the primary canvas backing in the right direction evenly.
Because HAX Carpets can be made with very complicated designs, the designers will have less limitation on creating the designs for carpets.
For large project, HAX Carpets can be produced much quicker than Hand-tufted carpets at a more competitive price.

Colour Match
Although every effort is made to ensure colour matching width to width, there may be variation dye batch to dye batch due to the inherent variability of the natural wool used in the blend.
All cut pile carpets can suffer from pile reversal and in certain circumstances this may become permanently bent or distorted for no specific reason that research has yet identified, giving the areas of light and shade. This is also described as ‘shading’ or ‘watermarking’ It is not a defect in manufacture, it only occurs in a small percentage of all carpets and no liability whatsoever can be accepted by the manufacturer in respect of it.
Carpet manufacturer apply strict quality control at all stages of production, in compliance with ISO 9001. However, as carpet manufacturing is a complex series of operations, slight variations in the weights quoted must be expected. Specifications are subject to change without notice but this will not have a detrimental effect on the performance of the product.
