Colour Match
Although every effort is made to ensure colour matching width to width, there may be variation dye batch to dye batch due to the inherent variability of the natural wool used in the blend.
All cut pile carpets can suffer from pile reversal and in certain circumstances this may become permanently bent or distorted for no specific reason that research has yet identified, giving the areas of light and shade. This is also described as ‘shading’ or ‘watermarking’ It is not a defect in manufacture, it only occurs in a small percentage of all carpets and no liability whatsoever can be accepted by the manufacturer in respect of it.
Carpet manufacturer apply strict quality control at all stages of production, in compliance with ISO 9001. However, as carpet manufacturing is a complex series of operations, slight variations in the weights quoted must be expected. Specifications are subject to change without notice but this will not have a detrimental effect on the performance of the product.
